Step 1: Identify the Battery Problem
Common symptoms:
- Phone drains very fast (less than 3–4 hours screen time)
- Battery stuck at a percentage (e.g. always shows 50%)
- Phone shuts off even with battery remaining

- Won't charge at all
- Charges very slowly

Step 2: Software Check First
