TikTok freezing and slow on Infinix phone

Hi,
I’m using TikTok on my Infinix smartphone, and the app has started freezing a lot. Sometimes it stops while scrolling or when opening comments. I cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, and even restarted the phone, but the issue is still there.


Other apps are working fine — it only happens with TikTok. Not sure if it’s a recent update or something else.


Is anyone else facing this problem on Infinix? Any fix or idea?

Clear TikTok Cache and Data: Corrupted cache files can cause freezing. Go to Settings > Apps > TikTok > Storage, then tap Clear Cache. If the issue persists, tap Clear Data (note: this resets the app, so you’ll need to log in again)
