* Diagnosis the problem step by step.
1.USB power reading with battery
0.000A
2.USB power reading without battery 0.000A
3.PCB connect with power supply0.027A 
4. Auto reading 0.027 A That means short circuit
5. Separate the sandwich motherboard.
6.RF board ok Power board problem
7.Diagnosis the power board [U5500-BQ25970] abnormal heating.
8. check around the (BQ25970) output nothing.
9.Remove (BQ25970) and check [ input -output]
Everything is normal. No short circuit
10.(BQ25970 not available, I use BQ25968) because there schematic are same.
11. The power board comeback to normal .
12.USB power reading without battery 0.225A
13.USB comport ok
14.USB power reading with battery 1.505A
15. Revive the motherboard and comeback to Life.
Finally The Case is closed
