The Apple Watch Series 8 might be a better option for you if the design of the Apple Watch Ultra doesn't particularly pique your interest. It has the same design as the previous Apple Watch models and is available in sizes 41mm and 45mm. The digital crown and side button for navigating the watch is on the right side of the aluminium (or steel) housing.
