I have the same issue but cannot access the solution until I post at least once.

The advice is not helpful at all. The "solution" is an image of the circuit board and does not provide any instructions on how to fix the problem. I feel I have been duped into registering at this site by the promise of a solution which does not exist. I am hoping the the person posting the "solution" can shed some light on the issue.
