Fruits are the part of the Diet,But now a days we can not take the complete Diet for our body,We have to take Fruits also with the Vegetables,Because these Fruits have so many vitamins which we cant find from the vegetables.Most of the all Fruits containing the citric acid,Which is required for your immunity,It will prevent you from the common infections.Some will give you the calcium,So all the Fruits are useful for your health.But dont Eat to much Fruits because they all are containing the acid most which sometimes create the problems also.
